Insurance Auditing Services
Our firm has significant experience providing auditing services to our insurance and reinsurance clients. We have acted as an independent, outside party to conduct a “claims audit” of an insurer’s own files. We audit other insurer’s claim files to enable a client to consider whether the other insurer is a suitable acquisition “target” and assist our client in gauging a fair purchase price.
