Richard Russell has over 39 years of experience in a broad range of commercial litigation, involving antitrust, securities, banking, bankruptcy and a variety of contract law issues, including financial guarantees. For the past several years, Mr. Russell’s practice has concentrated on insurance coverage litigation. He joined D’Amato & Lynch in 1984 and became a partner in 1986.
