Megan Le represents clients in federal and state courts in various matters, including professional liability, Labor Law, products liability, premises liability, construction defects, false arrest, assault, battery and constitutional rights. Ms. Le has extensive experience in all facets of pre-trial tasks.
While obtaining her law degree, Ms. Le did an externship at the Capital Division of The Legal Aid Society and an internship with the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
The following are some representative decisions: Federico v. Defoe, 138 A.D.3d 682 (2d Dept. 2016) (summary judgment upheld for defendant in Labor Law action); Nadia Ferran et al. v. The City of Albany et al. (plaintiff’s lawsuits alleging trespass, negligence and violations of her constitutional rights dismissed); and Pierre DuJour et al. v. Home Depot (dismissal of Complaint in commercial action).
