Andrew Simmonds began his career with D’Amato & Lynch in 1977, litigating the defense of accountants and lawyers. Subsequently, his practice expanded to include directors and officers liability and fidelity coverage. Mr. Simmonds has been involved in many of the federal class and derivative actions brought against major corporations and in Delaware mergers and acquisition litigation. He has spent extensive amounts of time in the analysis of complex business problems and in theories of causation and damages.
