he General Liability Unit has represented carriers in virtually every field of property and casualty insurance.

The firm has litigated labor law cases involving scaffolds, ladders, failure to provide barriers, inadequate supervision, etc. The injuries involved include back injuries, dismemberment, and a fall leaving an injured worker as a paraplegic, and wrongful death. D'Amato & Lynch, LLP was successful in establishing an exception to the absolute liability effect imposed under Sections 240 and 241 of New York Labor Law.
