In addition, the firm has represented General Motors dealerships, garages in New York City and its surrounds, gypsy cab companies, and tractor owners on commercial auto liability and physical damage claims.

The law firm has also represented self-insureds on commercial auto cases. In the past, the firm has represented White Bus Company and represents Preston Trucking Company on its self-insured level of retention.

Among the hundreds of diverse cases handled by the law firm were multi-collision cases, intersection accidents, rear-end collisions and pedestrian knockdown cases. The firm has also handled more specialized cases, including employee defalcation litigation for Mercedes Benz dealers.
