Representing several major financial institutions, D'Amato & Lynch, LLP has been involved in the negotiation, drafting and reviewing of a large number of syndicated and single bank financings (both secured and unsecured), as well as the negotiating and drafting of credit enhancement documentation (such as letters of credit and policies of insurance) for third party financial institutions.

The department has also handled commercial bank litigation as well as domestic and cross-border financing, asset trading, foreign exchange, and money market transactions.
